MonitorZ SMS Terms of Service
Welcome to the MonitorZ SMS Program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from MonitorZ, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Description
The MonitorZ SMS Program provides subscribers with updates about our manufacturing intelligence software, including but not limited to:
- Exclusive promotional offers and discounts
- Product updates and new feature announcements
- Event invitations and webinar reminders
- Transactional messages (e.g., account alerts or support notifications)
Messages are sent via our service provider, Twilio, using a dedicated phone number.
2. Message Frequency
You will receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the campaign or user interactions (e.g., replies or requests for support). MonitorZ reserves the right to adjust message frequency as needed, with prior notice where required.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. MonitorZ does not charge any fees for participating in the SMS Program.
4. Opt-In and Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in (e.g., via our website form or by replying “YES” to a confirmation message), you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from MonitorZ. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MonitorZ.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to any message. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message to confirm your removal from the program. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact our support team at [email protected] or call +1-800-555-1234 (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST). We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
Your phone number and related data are collected solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages as part of this program. 8. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to participate in the MonitorZ SMS Program. Additional eligibility requirements may apply based on local regulations.
9. Changes to Terms
MonitorZ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Disclaimer
MonitorZ is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues, technical errors, or other factors beyond our control. All messages are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
